MALO CLINIC Ceramics is categorized by department to ensure the highest quality customer service. These include: Reception, Models, CADD (Computerized Aided Dental Design), Metal Structures, Titanium and Acrylic, Ceramic, Educational and Surgical Models, Packaging and Quality Control. This categorization establishes premier customer service by organizing specialized technical teams for each step of the restorative (rehabilitation) procedure.
Each department has its own specialized technical team with two head technicians responsible for each step of the restorative procedure.
The head technicians guarantee the department’s quality control and efficient function. They also implement new techniques and protocols and professionally interface with each of the other departments. Regular meetings to discuss selected cases and new technology attest to the strong academic component of the MALO CLINIC Ceramics philosophy of excellence.
